“I don’t want an alternative, Doctor.”
A sentence we repeat daily while we buy medicine or take a prescription from the pharmacy….
First, we must distinguish well between an alternative and an analogue.
Meaning, when I have pain and I take a certain housing and the pharmacist tells me this is incomplete or not available and in the same category of the same substance and the same focus, but another company… well, there is no problem at all. They are all trade names for one active substance.
When do I say no?!!
When they say I live in another residence, I also live, but another matter..
This is the difference between an alternative and an instance.
May God bless you all with good health..
